Are you a mountain climber?

Passing, core strength, talking, recognise our own faults and others, correcting others and our own performance are all areas that we need to work on after today's training session. 

You are all improving but must realise that how you train is HOW YOU PLAY!  An increase in intensity is needed. 

Do not forget your homework?  Double jump, turn 45, etc........ and keep checking this BLOG for your assessment task.
